GOING GREEN



We all have a days off where we set out to do a million things because of course, we only get one day off and we need to complete 3 loads of laundry, meal plan, grocery shop, clean; the list goes on. Do any of you have the same problem? Oh good I'm not the only one. 

I don't know about you but my idea of chilling out is always getting back to nature or going outside. I am blessed to live in a country with four lovely seasons and believe me when I say; winter is coming and the greenery around is getting scarce. I soon found myself wandering around a green house in November, at midday and loving every second of it. Taking a break from all the madness that is supposed to be our relaxing day off. 



After a few minutes I instantly felt happier, calmer, and more mental clarity. I mean it's not going to be a greenhouse for everyone but there is likely a place or environment we can all find to feel relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated. It might be a beach walk with your dog, or catching up with a friend at your favourite cozy cafe, or yoga. Yoga has never let me down with its mental and physical benefits, it's beautiful and everyone should try it. 

I've shared a few snaps from today and some of the pretty things I came across because why not! All taken with my iPhone 6. So we should all do it, get out there and find a greenhouse of our own.
