5 INGREDIENT- SALTED CARAMEL BLISS BALLS

Over the past few months I have learnt about what works and doesn't work well with my body.  I have tried not to be completely strict with cutting out one thing cold turkey because I almost always relapse afterwards and end up binging on the thing I was trying to avoid in the first place. Take sugar for example, I have a huge sweet tooth and if you pair that with my sensitive skin and having a sensitive stomach too, binging isn't pretty. So yes I have tried to limit my intake of processed foods, dairy, sugar, and gluten but it hasn't always been easy. It has just been Christmas and we all know how that goes! I'm so happy to be trying out new things with my diet this year and will happily share all my success stories (and struggles) right here on my blog.

Time for a new recipe! I have been experimenting a lot in the kitchen lately and love that these fun to make bliss balls only takes five ingredients! I'm on the go a lot so it's nice to have a snack that's easy to take with you in your purse or can stay in your freezer for up to 2 weeks. Literally haven't left the house without one.
