5 INGREDIENT- SALTED CARAMEL BLISS BALLS
Time for a new recipe! I have been experimenting a lot in the kitchen lately and love that these fun to make bliss balls only takes five ingredients! I'm on the go a lot so it's nice to have a snack that's easy to take with you in your purse or can stay in your freezer for up to 2 weeks. Literally haven't left the house without one.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup cashews
a pinch of pink himalayan sea salt
Unsweetened desiccated coconut
INSTRUCTIONS
- Soak dates in boiling water for 10 minutes, drain
- Place nuts in food processor and blend until slightly chunky
- Add dates and almond meal, and sea salt. Blend until a sticky texture
- Ready to roll! Roll into 1inch balls and spread on baking sheet
- Optional- roll in coconut
- Store in the fridge for 5 days or freezer for up to 2 weeks
